Tower Foreman – John Harrison

John HarrisonJohn grew up in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire where he learnt to ring in 1959. He was tower captain briefly before studying and ringing for three years in Cambridge. He married and moved to Wokingham in 1967. He has held most tower offices at All Saints, and is also active in the wider world of ringing training, running courses at Deanery, Diocesan and national level. He is a member of the Central Council of Church Bellringers and was chairman of its Education Committee from 2000-2007, and Training Co-ordinator for Sonning Deanery. From 1999-2007, he wrote a monthly column on training in The Ringing World, now published in four volumes, and has written three other books on ringing, as well as producing other training aids. He received a Civic Award from the Mayor of Wokingham in 2006, for services to the community through bellringing.

Ringing Master – Simon Farrar

Simon Farrar  Simon grew up in Leicestershire and learnt to ring at Knighton in 1987. He studied in Cambridge but spent more time on the river or football pitch than up a tower, ringing mostly during the holidays. Five years in Cardiff saw him ringing at St John's before a return to Cambridge where he became ringing master at St Andrew's, Chesterton. He moved briefly to Wokingham in 2005 before settling in Hurst. He represents the Cambridge University Guild on the Central Council. He is famous in ringing circles for having conducted the record length peal of Percy's Tea Strainer Treble Place Major, and in footballing circles for being the father of Leicester City's most devoted supporter.

Secretary – Mary Spence

Mary Spence Mary first learned to ring as a teenager at Arundel in West Sussex. She rang basic methods at Arundel and nearby towers for about ten years before she stopped ringing due to work and other commitments. It wasn’t until her retirement in 2005 that she came back to ringing and joined the All Saints band. After such a long break she found it hard at first to learn new methods (and relearn the old ones!) and was grateful to the other members of the band for their help and patience.

Treasurer – Jon Tutcher

Jon Tutcher Jon grew up in Somerset and learnt to ring in Ilminster (23cwt 8) in 1967 (ringing lots of Grandsire Triples and call changes!) He studied at London University where he rang for a couple of years as a ULSCR member. Jon moved to Wokingham in 1977 and started ringing with the All Saints band in 1980, becoming a member in 1981. He has previously held all tower offices: Foreman and Secretary (twice each) and Deputy Foreman and Steeple keeper.
